Great news for all the yoga lovers: La Maiena becomes a yoga retreat in November and December! As a guest, the daily yoga and sound bath sessions are included for you (the sound massage is extra). Anyone not staying at La Maiena is also warmly welcome to attend!
PROGRAM:
Sunday - 5:00 PM: Sound bath with Sylvia (60 min.)
Monday - 4:00 PM: Yoga & sound bath with Sylvia (90 min.)
Tuesday - 5:00 PM: Yoga with Tamara (60 min.)
Wednesday - 8:00 AM: Yoga with Sabine (60 min.)
