Your room will be available from 3 pm on your day of arrival. You are welcome to use our wellness area free of charge on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room by 10 am.

The tourist tax of €3.20 per person per night (guests aged 14 y.o. and over) is not included in your hotel bill, and is payable on site.

You are very welcome to extend your stay: For use of the spa area, we charge €60 per adult and €30 per child. Late check-out, including use of your room, is also available on request.

As a wellness & active resort, all of our rooms are non smoking. Our restaurant is also smoke-free. Guests may, however, smoke on the room balconies and on the panoramic terrace.

Package deals cannot be combined in one booking, and apply only to full-rate bookings. Please note that cannot offer a refund for unused package components. Last-minute offers cannot be applied to existing bookings.

Things don’t always go to plan, and sometimes a long-awaited holiday has to be cancelled. To ensure that the disappointment of the cancelled holiday does not cause you any financial worries, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking. If purchased at a later date, insurance cover applies only from the 10th day after payment of the premium: It is best to take your travel cancellation insurance out at the time of booking.

In the case of cancellations, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before scheduled date of arrival: Free of charge
• Cancellations from 60 to 30 days before scheduled date of arrival: €100.00 processing fee
• Cancellations from 30 to 3 days before scheduled date of arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total reservation amount
• Cancellations from 2 days before scheduled date of arrival , late arrivals or early departures: 100 % of the total reservation amount
• Non-arrivals: 100% of the total reservation amount

The disappointment of not being able to go on a holiday you’ve booked is bad enough in itself. To ensure you do not suffer financial loss, it is always a good idea to plan ahead. We recommend taking out a Hotel Cancellation Plus travel insurance package from Europäischen Reiseversicherung AG.

As a special service, we offer you the opportunity to pay your deposit together with your cancellation insurance premium online, in full ease and security.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome to stay in a number of our rooms and suites. Please note that pets are not permitted to enter certain areas of the restaurant, the gardens or the spa and wellness area. Your four-legged friend is a welcome guest in our hotel bar, on the panoramic terrace and in the Urbanstube. No pets are allowed in the La Maiena Meran Lodge.
We charge €28 per day for your pet. This price includes:
Food and water bowl, blanket, dog waste bags, final cleaning. If any inventory should be damaged, we reserve the right to make a claim on your pet insurance policy.

We accept cash, EC card, Visa, MasterCard and non-transferable cheques. Naturally, you are welcome to pay in advance by bank transfer.

Under our liability insurance terms, we cover claims for damages or injuries arising solely in connection with use of the garden and sports facilities, and participation in hikes and events arranged by our hotel. All room floor plans are indicative only, and are not to scale. Actual room size and furnishings may vary from images. Unfortunately, in the event of unforeseeable economic developments or changes to VAT rates, we must adjust our prices accordingly.
